4.2 Payments for subscriptions are charged monthly or for the entire subscription period in advance.
4.3 Unused projects do not roll over to the next month unless specified in the plan.
4.4 Subscription renewals are automatic unless canceled in accordance with these Terms.

9. Warranties and Limitation of Liability

9.1 We strive to provide accurate and compliant drafts, but we do not guarantee permit approvals or the absence of errors in submitted documents due to incomplete or inaccurate information provided by clients.
9.2 To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to project delays or financial losses.
9.3 Any errors identified in the drafts must be reported within 10 days of delivery for corrections.
