A drawing set for a house like this doesn't get judged once. It gets read by a zoning bylaw that doesn't know the lot is an odd pie shape, by a plan checker with a red pen, by an energy model that has to land at zero, and on this lot, by a Board of Variance. Precision Drafters' own scope on it was entirely CAD- and code-based — the drawings, the zoning and energy calculations, and the regulatory case; site work, framing, and inspections were carried out by the builder, their trades, and the City of Burnaby. Seven files, in the order it happened.
